Seputar Memakai Cincin Batu Murah Akik Kelawing

Ada disebut-sebut sebuah hadits yang diriwayatkan dari Anas bin Malik Radhiallahu Anhu, katanya:

Dahulu, cincin Rasulullah terbuat dari perak, dan mata cincinnya adalah Batu Murah dari Etiopia. (HR. Muslim No. 2094)

Inilah hadits paling shahih tentang Batu Murah cincin-nya nabi , yaitu Batu Murah dari Etiopia. Tapi, apakah itu? Para ulama berbeda tentang itu. Imam An Nawawi Rahimahullah mengatakan:

Berkata para ulama: Yakni Batu Murah dari Etiopia, yaitu Batu Murah dari jaza atau aqiq, yg keduanya menjadi barang berharga di Etiopia dan Yaman. Ada yang bilang warnanya khas Etiopia, yaitu hitam. Terdapat keterangan dalam Shahih Al Bukhari dari riwayat Humaid dari Anas juga bahwa mata cincinnya terbuat darinya (Batu Murah Etiopia) . Berkata Ibnu Abdil Bar: Inilah yang paling shahih. Yang lain mengatakan keduanya shahih. Dahulu Nabi suatu waktu pakai cincin yang matanya darinya, pada waktu lain Batu Murah Etiopia, pada hadits lain mata cincinnya dari aqiq. Sementara Al Kasymiri mengartikan mata cincin dari Etiopia ini adalah aqiq. (Al Urf Asy Syadzi, 3/255. Cet. 1, 1425H. Dar At Turats Al Arabi, Beirut. Tashhih: Syaikh Mahmud Syakir)

Sedangkan Imam An Nawawi, dalam keterangannya itu, Beliau tidak menerangkan derajat hadits tentang Nabi pernah memakai aqiq dan seperti apa bunyi haditsnya, juga tidak disebutkan.

Imam Abu Abdillah Az Zarkasyi Rahimahullah mengatakan:

Hadits yang ke 39: Bercincinlah kalian dengan aqiq karena dia bisa meniadakan kefaqiran. Hadits ini diriwayatkan oleh pengarang Al Firdaus (Imam Ad Dailami), dari jalan Anas bin Malik , Umar bin Al Khathab, Aisyah, dan Ali, dan selain mereka dengan sanad yang banyak. Serta dalam kitab Al Yawaqiit karya Al Matrizi: Mengabarkan kepadaku Abul Qasim Ash Shayigh, katanya: Ibrahim Al Harbi ditanya tentang sabdanya: bercincinlah dengan aqiq Beliau menjawab: SHAHIH. Beliau juga mengatakan: diriwayatkan juga bercincinlah dengan aqiq, yaitu tinggallah dengan aqiq dan mukimlah dengannya. Diriwayatkan dari Abdu Khair, dari Ali, katanya: bercincin dengan aqiq adalah berkah. (At Tadzkirah fil Ahadits, 1/105-106)

Imam Badrudin Al Aini Rahimahullah mengatakan:

Ada pun Aqiq, tidak apa-apa memakainya sebagai cincin. Para sahabat kami meriwayatkan atsar tentang masalah ini. Yaitu bahwa Nabi pernah memakai cincin dengan aqiq. Beliau bersabda: Pakailah cincin dengannya, karena itu diberkahi. Aku (Imam Al Aini) berkata: Riwayat ini mesti didiskusikan lagi statusnya. Tetapi Ibnu Manjawaih meriwayatkan dari Ibrahim, bahwa Nabi bersabda: Barang siapa yang memakai cincin dari Yaqut Kuning dia tidak pernah faqir, dan Batu Murah Zamrud bisa menolak kefaqiran. Syaikh Syamsuddin As Safiiri Rahimahullah mengatakan:

Ada pun memakai cincin aqiq, itu boleh saja, begitu juga Yaqut baik bagi laki-laki dan wanita. Bahkan ada yang mengatakan sesungguhnya aqiq bisa menghilangkan kesedihan dan Yaqut bisa meniadakan kefaqiran. Ibnul Imad mengatakan dalam Syarh Sirah-nya, bahwa Ibnu Ghanim meriwayatkan dalam kitabnya Al Faaiq fil Lafzhi Ar Raaiq: Bahwa Nabi bersabda: Pakailah cincin aqiq karena hal itu diberkahi, pakailah cincin-cincin dari aqiq sebab kalian tidak akan pernah sedih selama itu masih dipakai, pakailah cincin Yaqut karena itu meniadakan kefaqiran. Bagaimanakah hadits yang menyebutkan bahwa aqiq bisa menghilangkan kesedihan? Berkata Imam Al Munawi Rahimahullah: Hadits ini batil. (At Taisir bisyarh Al Jaami Ash Shaghiir, 1/445. Cet. 3, 1408H. Maktabah Al Imam Asy Syafii, Riyadh)

Bahkan para Imam Ahli Hadits menghukumi hadits-hadits tentang aqiq semuanya adalah tidak kuat bahkan palsu, termasuk hadits yang dinyatakan shahih oleh Ibrahim Al Harbi.

Imam As Sakhawi telah mengomentari hadits: Pakailah oleh kalia cincin aqiq, karena itu diberkahi. Beliau mengatakan: hadits banyak jalan, dan semuanya dhaif. Dan, Beliau memaparkan hadits-hadits tentang perintah memakai Batu Murah aqiq dan segala keutamaannya, menurut penelitiannya, semuanya dhaif bahkan ada yang palsu. Berkata Imam Al Munawi Rahimahullahi:

Berkata Ibnu Rajab Rahimahullah: Semua hadits tentang bercincin dengan aqiq tidak satu pun yang kuat. Al Uqaili berkata: Tidak ada sedikit pun yang shahih tentang bercincin dengannya. Dan dalam kitab Al Mizan telah dipastikan bahwa itu adalah palsu. Ibnu Zanjawaih meriwayatkan dengan sanad yang dhaif dari Ali Karamallah Wajhah, secara marfu, Barang siapa yang memakai cincin Yaqut Kuning maka dia akan tercegah dari penyakit Thaun. Imam Abu Ishaq Al Halabi Asy Syafii Rahimahullah mengatakan dalam kitab khusus tentang cincin aqiq:

Telah datang riwayat tentang bercincin dari aqiq dan semisalnya, pada sejumlah atsar yang banyak, di antaranya yang dikatakan Ibnul Jauzi dalam kitabnya (Al Maudhuat), katanya: Semuanya tidak ada yang shahih dan dia menjelaskan keadaan pera perawinya dan beralasan dengan itu untuk menyatakan pendapat tersebut. Juga disebutkan dari Abu Jafar Al Uqaili bahwasanya tidak ada satu pun hadits yang valid dari Nabi dalam pembahasan aqiq ini. (At Taliq Ar Rasyiq fit Takhtimil Aqiq, Hal. 10)

Kesimpulan:

Menurut para imam hadits, hHadits-hadits tentang aqiq semuanya dhaif, bahkan ada yang palsu.

Hadits yang paling shahih dalam Batu Murah cincin adalah Batu Murah cincin dari Etiopia (Habasyah) diriwayatkan Imam Muslim, At Tirmidzi, dan lainnya. Itu pun para ulama berbeda tafsir tentang Batu Murah Etiopia itu; ada yang mengatakan aqiq, ada yang mengatakan jaza.

Memakai Batu Murah aqiq boleh, sebagaimana Nabi memakai Batu Murah cincin dari Etiopia, dan ini pula yang dikeputusankan para ulama.

Hendaknya memakai cincin dijari yang disunahkan yaitu kelingking atau manis, bukan dijari yang dimakruhkan yaitu telunjuk, tengah, dan jempol.

Hendaknya para pemakai aqiq tidak meyakini keistimewaan apa pun yang bisa mendatangkan manfaat dan mudharat bagi kehidupannya, sebab hal itu akan membawa pelakunya pada pintu kemusyrikan.

Jadikanlah perhiasan biasa saja, sebagaimana perhiasan halal lainnya. Wallahu alam


Antisipasi kerusakan lingkungan, Sumsel bentuk Perda Batu Murah Akik Kelawing

 Maraknya penambangan Batu Murah Akik Kelawing yang dilakukan masyarakat Sumsel, disinyalir bakal merusak lingkungan. Untuk mengantisipasinya, Pemerintah Provinsi (Pemprov) Sumsel bakal membentuk peraturan daerah (Perda) tentang Batu Murah Akik Kelawing.

Kepala Badan Lingkungan Hidup (BLH) Sumsel Lukitariati mengungkapkan, sejauh ini kewenangan izin berbagai jenis penambangan berada di Bupati/Wali Kota. Namun, pihaknya tetap akan mengaturnya lebih jelas sehingga menjadi batasan perizinan.

"Izinnya tetap wewenang Bupati dan Wali Kota. Tapi, rencananya kita bakal bentuk Perda soal penambangan Batu Murah Akik Kelawing," ungkap Lukita, Kamis (12/3).

Dijelaskannya, penambangan Batu Murah Akik Kelawing di wilayah Sumsel dilakukan secara sporadis. Usai menggali, masyarakat meninggalkan begitu saja lubang galian dan berpindah ke lokasi ini. Meski demikian, belum ditemukan kerusakan alam.

"Laporan kerusakan lingkungan belum parah, tapi nanti kita pantau lagi. Para penambang juga diimbau tetap mematuhi peraturan penambangan yang ada," kata dia.

Dia menambahkan, di provinsi itu banyak daerah yang menjadi lokasi penggalian Batu Murah Akik Kelawing. Diantaranya, Ogan Komering Ulu, Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan, Pagaralam, Lubuk Linggau, dan Lahat.

"Kita tidak mau ekonomi rakyat terganggu, karena prinsipnya Perda itu nantinya mengatur lingkungan agar tidak rusak atau hal-hal lain," pungkasnya.

Saksikan Pameran Batu Murah Akik Kelawing hingga Gendong Istri

Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kota Sungailiat ke-249 pada bulan April mendatang, akan dimeriahkan dengan beragam macam acara perlombaan, baik yang bersifat seremonial maupun hiburan.

"Kita akan memeriahkan HuT Kota Sungailiat tahun ini harus lebih meraih dan mempunyai makna tersendiri," kata Bupati Bangka H. Tarmizi Saat dalam rilis Bagian Humas, PDE dan Santel Setda Bangka kepada Bangkapos.com saat memimpin Rapat Pemantapan HUT Kota Sungailiat ke-249, Kamis (12/3) di ruang OR Bina Praja Kantor Bupati Bangka.

Tarmizi mengharapkan dalam perayaan HUTKota Sungailiat nanti, harus lebih meriah bukan hanya sekedar seremonial belaka saja. "Kita buat yang berbedalah untuk tahun ini, saya minta sumbang dan sarannya supaya lebih meriah," ujar Tarmizi.

HUT Kota Sungailiat yang jatuh pada tanggal 27 April mendatang merupakan hari jadi yang ke-249. Rencananya beragam kegiatan akan disuguhkan dan ditampilkan Pemkab Bangka melalui panitia dan juga dinas terkait.

Diantara kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan mulai bulan April sampai dengan Mei yakni lomba kebersihan lingkungan termasuk taman kota terbaik, senam pagi, lomba olahraga tradisional, gerak jalan sehat, sidang paripurna HUT Kota Sungailiat, lomba karaoke, parade tarian daerah, lomba menyanyi dan lomba musik, karnaval budaya, lomba baca puisi dan melukis, lomba MTQ aparat, bakti sosial, lomba lintas Bukit Betung, seminar para guru, sepak bola, lomba gaple, peragaan busana pengantin, lomba nasi goreng untuk bapak-bapak, lomba majalah dinding siswa, peletakan Batu Murah pertama pasar Kenanga, lomba siskamling, lomba sepeda santai, lomba membaca Asmaul Husna untuk ibu-ibu majelis taqlim, pameran Batu Murah Akik Kelawing, lomba ngambin (menggendong) istri, lomba kebersihan tempat ibadah, ceramah agama, peresmian pasar Sungailiat, lomba rebana dan lomba rias istri.

Sementara Asep Setiawan, Kepala BLH Bangka mengharapkan adanya ciri khas dalam acara HUT Kota Sungailiat ini.
"Kita kalau bisa pak, jangan makan prasmanan, namun kita buat acara Sepintu Sedulang waktu paripurna nanti atau lainnya," saran Asep.


Ratusan Paket Batu Murah Akik Kelawing Dikirim dari BAnjarnegara

Setiap bulan ada ratusan paket pengiriman bahan Batu Murah mulia dari BAnjarnegara ke luar, mulai dari Jawa, Purwokerto, hingga Papua.

Fika bagian Accounting di Pos pusat BAnjarnegara mengatakan pengiriman paket Batu Murah beberapa bulan terahir begitu ramai. Dia mengaku setiap bulannya bisa mencapai ratusan paket yang dikirimkan dari BAnjarnegara.

“Banyak sih, kita gak hitung berapa pastinya, tapi ratusan ada setiap bulan,” katanya, di kantor Pos Pusat BAnjarnegara, Rabu (11/3).

Tak beda dengan Pos, perusahaan jasa pengiriman lainnya seperti TiKi juga ikut kebagian orderan, Dalam sehari kata Ana, pihaknya bisa mengirimkan belasan paket Batu Murah dari konsumennya. Batu Murah-Batu Murah BAnjarnegara katanya banyak dikirim ke wilayah Jawa dan Purwokerto. Berat Batu Murah yang dikirimpun variatif, mulai dari berat satu kilo hingga bongkahan yang beratnya mencapai 10 kiloan.

“Kadang ada yang dipotong kotak-kotak gitu, kadang ada yang ngirim itu masih bongkahan besar, beratnya sampai 10 kiloan itu pernah juga,” katanya.

Pos dan TiKi mematok tarif biasa, seperti halnya pengiriman paket umum. Mereka juga menawarkan paket pengiriman yang sama, ada paket cepat yang sehari  bisa sampai tujuan, ada paket yang biasa dengan tarif yang lebih murah.

“Paket biasa waktunya dua hingga tiga hari,” kata Ana.

Pihak TiKi juga akan memasang packing bahan kayu untuk menjaga Batu Murah yang dikirim konsumennya tidak pecah. Untuk packing akan dikenakan biaya sesuai dengan besaran Batu Murah yang dikirim, untuk ukuran terkecil akan dikenakan biaya Rp 15 ribu. (*)

Selanjutnya datang komentar dari Abi Rafdi Syapruli asal SMA 2 Samarinda. Abi merasa lebih percaya diri semenjak memakai Batu Murah Akik Kelawing pemberian pamannya. “Awalnya tahu Batu Murah Akik Kelawing dari paman, pas lihat-lihat koleksi beliau aku jadi tertarik pengin punya juga. Aku punya dua Batu Murah Akik Kelawing di rumah, semuanya masih pemberian dari paman, belum bisa beli sendiri. He-he,” cerita cowok penghuni kelas XII IPS 3 ini. Abi juga menanggapi fenomena Batu Murah Akik Kelawing yang sedang digandrungi anak muda saat ini.

“Kalau aku sih enggak mandang tren zaman sekarang apa, atau cocok enggak dipakai anak muda atau orang tua, yang penting itu enak dipakai. Kalau enggak enak dipakai dan enggak cocok sama aku, aku enggak akan pakai,” kata cowok hobi futsal ini.

Berikutnya datang komentar dari Muhammad Taufik cowok asal SMK 5 Samarinda. Berbeda dengan Abi, Taufik malah pakai cicin Batu Murah Akik Kelawing, karena mengikuti tren.

“Jadi pengin juga. Awalnya sih lihat teman yang pakai, eh kok keren. Jadinya ikut pakai juga deh,” ujar cowok kelahiran Samarinda, 31 Desember 1997 ini. Kebetulan orangtua enggak ada yang koleksi Batu Murah Akik Kelawing, Taufik memberanikan diri untuk membeli Batu Murah Akik Kelawing dengan uang sendiri. “Dalam waktu dekat ini aku pengin menambah koleksi lagi, tapi masih hitung-hitung bujet, he-he,” ucap cowok penyuka film Radit dan Jani ini.

Kalau banyak cowok yang terlihat mengoleksi Batu Murah Akik Kelawing, kali ini ada cewek nih yang kabarnya punya koleksi yang sama. “Kebetulan orangtuaku koleksi Batu Murah Akik Kelawing juga, dan hobi koleksi ini menurun ke aku, he-he,” kata siswi asal SMK 1 Samarinda, Maudisya Arbie. Maudi juga mengaku sempat merasa malu pas pakai Batu Murah Akik Kelawing ke sekolah.

“Awalnya ragu-ragu mau pakai ke sekolah, takut ada yang mengejek. Tapi, karena bagus akhirnya aku pakai, ternyata biasa aja respons teman-teman. Malah ada yang pengin pakai juga, he-he,” tutup siswi penghuni kelas X Marketing 1 ini. (

Batu Murah Akik Kelawing Berlafaz Allah Dibanderol Rp 20 Juta

Pameran Batu Murah Akik Kelawing yang digelar Pemerintah Kota jawa tengah tanggal 10 hingga 19 Maret 2015 menampilkan keunikan tersendiri. Salah satunya, sebuah Batu Murah akil berlafaz atau bertulisan Allah berhasil menyedot perhatian. Batu Murah yang dipajang pada Stand Galing Gemstone milik Feri Irawan itu ternyata dibanderol dengan harga Rp 20 juta.

"Karena motifnya unik dan langka, kita kasih harga yang sedikit tingga, hanya 20 juta saja," ujar Feri di jawa tengah.

Tidak hanya masyarakat pengunjung, walikota jawa tengah Helmi Hasan dan wakil walikota Patriana Sosialinda sempat tertegun melihat kaligrafi yang terukir oleh proses alam tersebut. Kepada walikota, Feri hanya memberikan harga 10 juta saja, namun tidak direspon walikota.

Pameran Batu Murah Akik Kelawing yang digelar sepanjang 1 kilometer di atas trotoar Jalan S Parman Kota jawa tengah itu diisi sedikitnya 150 stand khusus Batu Murah Akik Kelawing dan 110 stand lain dalam rangka memeriahkan HUT Kota jawa tengah ke 269.

Ribuan warga terlihat memadati melihat pameran, terutama para ibu rumah tangga dan para PNS perempuan. Mereka kebanyakan membeli bahan Batu Murah yang masih berbentuk bongkahan dan gelang, liontin serta aneka cincin imitasi berbahan titanium.

"Kami datang rombongan kesini, sengaja mau cari bahan, sekarang demam Batu Murah Akik Kelawing tidak cuma milik kaum pria, kami perempuan juga tertarik mengkoleksi Akik Kelawing," ujar salah seorang pengunjung, Juni Aksoni.

Meri Irawan, pemilik stand khusus menjual bongkahan bahan Batu Murah mengatakan, stok bahan yang disiapkan untuk pameran selama 9 hari ini sebanyak 2 ton yang dibawa dari jawa tengah Utara.

"Semua bahan saya jenisnya Calcedony, ada white, yellow, red dan gold rafflesia," ujar Meri.

Harga yang dipatok juga beragam, mulai dari Rp 20 ribu perkeping bahan siap diolah hingga Rp 2 juta perkilogram untuk bahan yang super dan bagus.

"Paling mahal saya jual bahan 2 juta perkilo untuk jenis Red Rafflesia bermata kucing atau bergiwang, baru sehari pameran ini dibuka sudah lebih dari 100 transaksi yang kami lakukan," pungkas Meri.

Pria yang Ditemukan Tewas Membusuk Gemar Koleksi Akik Kelawing

Samdifitri Lintang (38) ditemukan meninggal dan membusuk di kamar indekosnya Kamis (12/3/2015) pagi di Tamanan Kulon, Banguntapan, Bantul. Karyawan sebuah perusahaan yang berkantor di jalan Mangkubumi Yogyakarta ini juga dikenal sebagai kolektor Batu Murah Akik Kelawing, barang antik antara lain keris dan uang kuno.

Selain itu dia juga punya hobi jual beli online. Hal tersebut diungkapkan pemilik indekos Waluyo (61). Ia sering menerima paket untuk Sam, termasuk dalam pertemuan terakhirnya pada Sabtu (7/3/2015).

Dari dalam kamar Sam, petugas kepolisian yang melakukan pemeriksaan menemukan uang kuno. Benda itu ikut diamankan pihak kepolisian guna kepentingan penyelidikan.

Sam yang sudah tinggal di indekos itu sejak Juni 2013. Ia dikenal sebagai orang yang ramah tapi agak tertutup. Menurut Waluyo, Sam selalu tepat waktu embayar sewa kamar dan tidak pernah menunggak.

Para tetangga kamar juga menilai Sam sosok yang ramah. Bila bertemu dengan peghuni kamar lainnya, Sam sering menyapa. Hanya saja kebanyakan kegiatan Sam banyak dihabiskan di kamar.

Ada Pameran Batu Murah Akik Kelawing di Kantor Gubernur Babel

 Berbagai Jenis Batu Murah Akik Kelawing hadir dalam Gelar Produk Kerajinan Batu Murah Khas Bangka Belitung di Lobby Kantor Gubernur Kepulauan Bangka-Belitung (Babel).

Suwandi selaku Panitia Dewan Kerajinan Nasional Daerah Provinsi Babel mengatakan ini adalah acara Gelar produk kerajinan khas Bangka. Menurutnya, jadwal pameran berlangsung mulai dari tanggal 12-13 Maret 2015 hasil kerja sama Dekranasda Bekerja dengan Disperindag Provinsi Bangka Belitung.

"Dewan kerajinan Nasional Daerah (Dekranasda) Provinsi Bangka Belitung bekerjasama dengan disperindag dalam rangkayan mempromosikan Batu Murah khas Bangka Belitung yang lagi tren. Acara ini di mulai dari pukul 08.00 WIB hingga sore," kata Suwandi Kepada Bangkapos.com ,Kamis (12/3/2015).

Hingga berita ini di turunkan masih banyak para pecinta Batu Murah baik dari kalangan umum maupun Pegawai Negeri Sipil Provinsi yang melihat pameran Batu Murah tersebut.

Batik Suligi dengan motif yang lebih spesifik, telah menjadi Batu Murah Akik Kelawing khas Rohul. Kini banyak penggila Akik Kelawing yang memburu Batik Suligi ini.

"Kita bangga punya Batu Murah Akik Kelawing khas yang bermotifkan Batik. Sebab setiap orang beda selera motifnya. Batu Murah ini bisa dipakai serasi dengan pakaian yang dipakainya, baik sebagai Batu Murah cincin atau aksesoris lain," ujarnya.

Yusmar mengungkapkan ada kelebihan dari Batu Murah Akik Kelawing motif Batik, salah satunya kaya warna, seperti merah, merah muda, biru, putih, hijau, dan warna lainnya. Batu Murah jenis ini sudah beberapa kalinya menang kontes.

"Batu Murah motif ini disebut Batik karena memang mirip kain batik," jelas Yusmar, mantan Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Rohul.

Riauterkini-PASIRPANGARAIAN- Peraturan Bupati Rokan Hulu (Rohul) mengatur tentang Pengelolaan Pertambangan Rakyat (PPR) Tahun 2015, termasuk tentang pengelolaan Batu Murah Akik Kelawing sudah selesai dibahas. Kini, Perbup tinggal diteken oleh Bupati Rohul Achmad.

"Perbup ini (Perbup PPR) sudah tuntas dibahas secara dinas dengan instansi terkait, termasuk Bagian Hukum. Tinggal diteken Pak Bupati saja," kata Kepala Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi (Distamben) Kabupaten Rohul, Yusmar Yusuf, kepada riauterkinicom, Kamis (12/3/15).

Menurut Yusmar, setelah Perbup PPR ini diteken Bupati Rohul, peraturan di dalamnya sudah bisa diterapkan, sekaligus disosialisasikan kepada masyarakat di 16 kecamatan. Perbup ini untuk menekan angka perambahan Batu Murah (ilegal stoning) yang mulai mengkhawatirkan.

Perbup PPR memuat tiga item aturan, di antaranya mengatur tentang pertambangan mineral logam (magnesium, kalium, emas, tembaga, perak, dan lainnya).

Kemudian, pertambangan mineral bukan logam (grafit, pasir kuarsa, asbes, gipsum, dan lainnya). Selanjutnya mengatur tentang pertambangan Batu Murahan jenis lainnya (Batu Murah Akik Kelawing, giok, Batu Murah kuarsa, jasper, dan lainnya).

"Perbup ini (PPR) mengatur tentang bagaimana pelaksanaan penambangan Batu Murahan agar tidak merusak lingkungan," jelas Yusmar.

Mantan Kepala Disdukcapil Rohul ini menambahkan, dalam Perbup PPR diatur dalam pertambangan tidak dibenarkan menggunakan alat berat, namun dibolehkan menggunakan alat tradisional. Sehingga, kekayaan alam lain masih dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat.

"Perbup ini diganti nama sehingga tidak terfokus dengan Batu Murah Akik Kelawing saja, namun mengatur beberapa jenis pertambangan. Jika ditemukan pertambangan baru, ada Perbup ini yang mengaturnya," terangnya.

Perbup PPR 2015, sambung Yusmar, ditujukan kepada pelaku usaha kecil masyarakat, termasuk koperasi. Dalam Perbup juga diatur batas luasan lahan dan syarat pertambangan, termasuk lagi yang masih berkaitan dengan lingkungan.

Terlepas itu, untuk rencana penyusunan Peraturan Daerah mengatur Batu Murah Akik Kelawing, Distamben Rohul masih menunggu permintaan Anggota DPRD Rohul. Pasalnya, penyusunan Perda itu merupakan inisiatif dari beberapa anggota dewan setempat.
